The gearing of combined diesel or gas turbine (CODOG) power plant experiment rig is composed of gear box, which is one of the key parts in the CODOG power plant experiment rig. The diesel or gas turbine’s work and changeover are realized by the gear box. The paper introduces the structure and composing of the gear box in the CODOG power plant experiment rig. By a series of experiments, the gear box is proved that the design is reasonable and running is credible.
